In 2023, I developed and implemented a full-year social media strategy for Omega Driving School, with the goal of expanding their online reach, modernizing their brand voice, and driving student registrations. The strategy combined paid advertising with engaging organic content—ranging from driving tips to promotional offers—and introduced a modular design system to keep visuals sharp and consistent. To empower the team long-term, I also created custom Canva templates, enabling staff to independently update ads, stories, and posts without needing ongoing design support.

Scaling a local brand in a competitive space
Omega’s visibility was limited to a small local audience. We needed to make the brand feel bigger than it was—through premium design, relevant messaging, and strategic targeting—without compromising authenticity or overspending.

Turning passive pages into active sales channels
The school’s social media was underutilized. Our challenge was to transform Instagram and Facebook into engines of conversion—where posts and ads didn’t just get seen, but led directly to registration.

Balancing visual polish with ease of use
Designing in Canva meant building templates that looked sleek and professional while staying intuitive for non-designers. The layout had to be flexible enough for seasonal promos, urgent announcements, and student testimonials—all editable with just a few clicks.

Budget-conscious paid campaign management
With limited budget, every ad dollar had to work harder. I performed ongoing A/B testing of formats and audiences to lower cost-per-lead and maximize ROI, focusing on local visibility and mobile-first creatives.

The campaign sparked remarkable growth. From fewer than 1,000 students, Omega Driving School grew to over 4,000 active student registrations—a +300% increase attributed directly to our online efforts.
